Wednesdays may be the best night of TV we've had in a long time. There's something for everybody. Reality, crime, doctors, game show, sci-fi, teen angst, comedy.

And Lost fans, remember, Lost wont be back on the air until January/February 2008.

My Picks for tonight:
9PM Private Practice
9PM Gossip Girl
10PM Dirty Sexy Money (abc)

At m it's the result show for Dancing With The Stars.

9pm is the series premier of Private Practice, the Grey's Anatomy spinoff. I thought the two hour semi-pilot (that episode of Grey's Anatomy) was borderline lousy, and I don't think it's going to get any better for a while. Although this show will probably appeal to older viewers than Grey's Anatomy, some of the younger Grey's fans may be over at the CW watching Gossip Girl.

Dirty Sexy Money debuts at 10pm.

Kid Nation has its second episode at m. I think all the controversy around it is stupid. It's not child endangerment or child cruelty. It's making kids do chores. Like, seriously.

9pm has Criminal Minds third season premier. I like Criminal Minds; it's one of my favorite crime-type shows. It's dark, and at times gruesome. But it has a great cast. I wont miss Mandy Patinkin much (it was like he played the same type of character on Dead Like Me (Rube - the nice guy with an edge, the favorite uncle.) I'll admit I'm not familiar with Joe Mantegna, but it still looks like a great cast.

10pm is CSI:NY's Season Four premier. This is the superfluous CSI show. Why it's still on, I don't know.

m is the Case Hour... aka Deal or No Deal.

9pm is the debut of Bionic Woman. More Here.

10pm is the debut of Life.

m: America's Next Top Model. Betchya someone thin is going to win this year and join the other winners like... what's her name? You know, that person? And that other winner.... you know....

9pm is the second episode of Gossip Girl. I'm waiting for the catfight between Blair and Serena.

(As an aside, I must be crazy. I'm contemplating on wether to watch Criminal Minds or Gossip Girl at 9pm...)

M - Back to You is back with Chuck getting a goldfish. You've got to love the classic comedies with their simple plots!

8:30PM is 'Til Death, which features a death. But not of a main character.

9PM is Kitchen Nightmares. Second Episode. Is this show still on?
