A weeK?!
Out here, we go to the DMV, sit, sit, sit...they call for us to pay, then we sit, sit, sit, sit, they call us up again to take the picture. Then we sit, sit, sit, sit untill they call us to get the license. All totalled, we wait a couple hours at most.

Yep, one week. Without even having to look at the DMV's waiting room.
Although, our local office is pretty quick. (At the right time.) Last time I did this, it took about 20 minutes. But this time was even better
