"Something Even a Girl Can Use..."

About half an hour ago I wrote a post on why I'm proud to be an American Infidel. Part of that post dealth with America letting girls go to school and women being whatever they want. (As opposed to many Arab countries.)

I just checked a site that I'm a forum moderator on. It's a site that deals with content management systems (wordpress, drupal, e107) and people ask for advice on what system they should use, etc. etc. etc. blah blah blah. Anyway, I read a new post and the poster said (I'm paraphrasing a bit here):

"I'm looking for a simple cms that even a girl can use."

Even a girl can use? Wow. I replied "Are you talking about girls who are nuclear physicists or mathematicians or doctors?"

I'm sure that guy (I'm assuming that) probably doesn't speak English as a first language. (His IP is from .be and I'm not sure where that is ... belize? Belgium?)

But that just shocked me.
