Justice - Almost Canceled?

According the the Fox.com/Justice website:

Justice returns Monday Dec. 11th

I have a feeling that it wont. If they have to replace it during sweeps week with reruns of House, it's in danger.

(It would really be in danger if they replaced it with episodes of Trading Spouses.)
