What's House's Big Secret?

Tomorrow (March 6) Fox will air a brand new episode of House and the ads promise two things:

1. House and Cameron kiss. And not just a smack on the cheek, either.
2. House has a Big Secret.

As for the kiss, is Cameron turning into out little nymphomaniac? When we last saw her, she was leaving with Chase to presumably have sex. Now she's kissing House. Will she be doing Wilson next?

And does Foreman feel left out?

But the real plotline for tomorrow seems to be the Big Secret. Wilson, we've been teased, either already knows or finds out and wants to keep it a secret. I think he's telling this to Cameron, so we all know that someone else will find out.

So I've been thinking about what that secret is. I don't think it's health related, since Cutty and every doctor there would have known about it. I doubt it has to do with his parents. So I've come up with a couple reasons he has to go to Boston.

1. He has to get divorced from a "Vegas wife" he pick up after Staci left him.
2. He found out he has a child. (Probably a 'love child' from a one-night-stand.)

(Apparently, I haven't been thinking that hard about this.)

I love the idea of House as a dad. With a baby, imagine him changing diapers. Or a teenage daughter. That'll get ugly.

Whatever the secret is, it'll be fun getting a new episode of House instead of American Idol. (No Idol for me this year.)
