The first thing I thought of when I heard that Apple released their Safari web browser for Windows was, "Crap."

The last thing I want right now is another browser that I have to design around. I'm building my new theme, and I already hate Internet Explorer, and I really don't want to troubleshoot another browser.

Hopefully I wont have to. Apple says it's standards-based. Hope so.

Somehow I managed to get my old Dell computer working. The one that died on me in December.

I decided to 'try again' to get the blasted thing working. So this morning I plugged it in and managed to get to the screen where I had the option to start it in Safe Mode. (In December, I couldn't even get to that screen.) To I selected "Safe Mode" and a couple minutes later a system check showed up on the bottom of the screen.

I'm amazed at how many windows users haven't heard of Filezilla. It's a great program for FTPing your stuff to you website. On my windows computer, there's nothing else I'd use. Highly recommended.

(I just wish there was a filezilla for Apple computers....)
